Yet another week with no weight loss. (Hangs head in shame). I've come to the conclusion that I'm not really trying very hard.
There are times for doing things and times not to. For a whole host of reasons, this is not my time to lose any more weight. So I'm going to leave it for now and start up again next year once I've moved home and settled down. In any event the move will take a few pounds off me, both financially and in weight terms.
